How long does delivery take?
At ThreeZip, every piece is made for you — we don’t hold stock. That means production starts after your order is placed, taking up to 3 days to create and quality-check each item.
Shopify’s payment system may take up to 7 days to process before your order enters production. Once payment clears, we ship the same day. From there, delivery usually reaches final mile within 9 days.
So while your order might take a little longer to arrive, it’s not sitting on a shelf — it’s being crafted, checked, and sent straight from production to you. Limited, premium, and worth the wait.
What is the return policy?
All ThreeZip pieces are made to order and are Final Sale. We don’t accept returns or refunds for things like wrong size, colour, or change of mind — if your order matches what you purchased, it can’t be returned.
Only damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery are reviewed for possible resolution.

How do I care for my ThreeZip clothing?

- Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
- If ironing is needed, use a cool setting and avoid direct contact with print.
- Do not dry clean.
Are your products high quality?

Will my clothing shrink?

Can I machine wash hoodies and joggers?
Absolutely. Use a gentle cold wash, turn them inside out, and either hang dry or tumble dry on low. Heavy fleece is built to last without losing shape or feel.
